How can we change the perception of the sale process, so it’s not just a necessary step for selecting a product? We were able to have our own skin in the game – thanks to the “Inspirations” project for the Czech branch of O2. And it went great. We embraced our new sales concept and new visual style in shops, offline and even online.
Classic products and services were replaced by experience, which was instantly reflected by increased customer satisfaction. Satisfaction turned into sales. And we found out that even a shop can be a place that inspires.
